COLLECTION OF FEES

Schedule of Fees will be published on the Notice Board every month.

  1. Tuition fees will be collected in two/three instalments at the begining of the term. (June, October and January) . The first instalment of fees including the special fees prescribed will be collected from the students of senior classes within a period of seven consecutive working days beginning from the date of re-opening of the College. In the case of junior classes the instalments of tuition fees due till the date of admission, along with special fees and the caution deposit will be collected on the date of admission.

  2. Subsequent instalments will be collected on or before the 7th consecutive working day of the month concerned. The Principal may fix due date for collection of each instalment of fees for various classes within the seven consecutive working days.

Rules for collection of fine for late payment of tuition fees

  1. If the fees with a fine of Rs. 5/- is not paid on or before the tenth day after due date, an additional fine of Rs. 5/- will have to be paid and the fee and fines should be paid on the eleventh day after the due date.

  2. If the fee and fines are not paid on the llth day or with in 15 days from the date, the name of the student will be entered in a special register of defaulters and the Principal will watch the payment of fees defaulted. Rs.50/- will be imposed as a re-admission fees from those students who fail to remit tution fee after allowance period for remittance of fees with fine is over.

  3. The attendance of the student would also be taken every day as usual and his attendance or absence would be marked. If the student settles the arrears of fees with fine before the last opportunity given for such settlement, he/she would be granted attendance as per actual presence or absence as recorded. The students who fail to settle the dues to the college till the last date prescribed, will not be allowed to sit for the University examination or promoted to the next higher class as the case may be.

  4. The last opportunity for clearing an instalment will be the date previous to the due date for the succeeding instalment. A student will be admitted to the second term only if he/she clears the dues for the first term before the commencement of the second term and so also for the third term only if the second term dues are cleared.

  5. The last instalment i.e. the fees for January should be paid before 1st February positively.
